Not All There
If you want a comprehensive book of recipes for English puddings, this is not your book. It's beautiful, it's well-written, and what recipes it does have are excellent. However, there are quite a few pictured pudds that aren't in the book, most notably the one on the cover. I guess it's like a good dessert? It catches your eye and leaves you wanting more.
