"Great idea but no real solution"
Great idea but performance is very weak. I bought these devices to extend my home WiFi network 175 ft to a pumphouse to remotely manage a smart sprinkler controller. The specs say it will provide signal over about 1000 ft of house wiring. The problem is, most houses contain 2000 to 3000 ft of electrical wiring. The signal was so variable it could not maintain a dependable WiFi connection. Trying to configure and integrate the Powerline Extender into my home network was also very frustrating. Instructions on the TP-Link website to open the management page of the device did not work and required a lot of time on the phone with foreign tech support. I finally gave up on powerline extenders and ran a Cat5e ethernet cable from my main router to an access point (old converted router) in the pumphouse which worked perfectly with no signal dropout.
Powerline extenders may work well in a small house or apartment, but are much good for running a longer distance.

Not good for Ridgid model R86036 Impact Driver
1 of 1 found this helpful The body of this impact driver is too wide for this attachment. The only way you can mount it is by turning the driver upside down and mounting it on the handle near the trigger. This blocks the forward/reverse switch and makes it very unhandy to use and control. I believe the cheaper model Malco with the fixed handle would be a better solution. However, mounting this attachment is not the only problem I had with these shears. I bought the shears to make a lot of angle cuts across 5 rib 29 gauge common metal roofing in the gable end of a large building. The shears cut through the flat metal like hot butter until you get to one of the raised ridges. No amount of manipulation would result in a clean cut up and over the ridges without scarring the paint and looking ragged. I finally ended up using manual hand shears to cleanly cut the ridges. I would recommend the shears if you are going to cut mostly flat metal or rip sheets lengthwise. But for my use, I would have to say I was highly disappointed.
