Only two complaints for the Versa tracker: 1) heart rate inaccurate (compared to an actual blood pressure device); 2) in order to get it to connect with my phone's Bluetooth consistently, all other fitbit trackers had to be deleted from Bluetooth and fitbit app, which removes the ease of switching trackers based upon activity.
THE GOOD:
I bought the Versa to track steps, of which I'm satisfied. Sleek in appearance, and I like that it has many feature customization options.
