Reliable, solid product
Drive has worked well so far. Firmware upgrade directly off the internet keeps failing for some reason (although internet connectivity otherwise is fine), so had to upgrade via USB drive. That was smooth. Did not come with a remote, but easy to work around that with a Logitech Harmony remote. Have not had a reason to try out the apps.
