Lifesaver
2 of 2 found this helpful I'm 70 y/o. Suffered for years with feet and leg cramps and nothing worked, til I found Hyland's Leg Cramps on line. They seem to help me drift off to sleep easier and I do not wake up with legs or feet cramping durnig the night. Have been using for years and just sent some to my sister in AL as she mentioned having the same problem. I will never be without it again!

The healthy way to go
Had to cut back on regular salt a couple years back due to heart condition. Started using this for occasions when I "just had to have some salt" and I love it. The grainer texture takes a little getting used to, but soon, you don't even notice it. Trying to get my family to switch now.
