JLD Bridge Doctor, Screw mount
3 of 3 found this helpful I installed the JLD Bridge Doctor, Screw Mount on a vintage aged flamenco guitar. Well, was a bit difficult due to fan struts in the top plate.... However once I positioned The Doctor safely and with the adjustable post against the back-block of the flamenco guitar, the warp in the top behind the bridge straightened out over a few days. Also I was able to lower the strings to a much better flamenco guitar action. A bit of very careful testing, but successful. The Guitar sounds fantastic and is much easier to play.
