  This seller, auctionjal, responded to my earlier negative comment, by thereafter providing excellent positive customer service, including 1) taking steps to modify the picture display of his product s ebay posting to not be misleading as to how many straws would actually be provided in the purchased quantity of one (1), i.e. previously, the quantity of one (1) meant to me a single package of multiple straws as the previous picture displayed, instead of a single straw as was provided.

  Just arrived a few days ago. Seller even sent me a message before they were delivered to let him know if there was any delay or other problems and he would make it right. Nice he was selling them in smaller quantities as opposed to having to buy a lot of 50 to 100 in some cases. Only needed 5. These are an item I can't find in any local stores and everyone looses them. Happy with purchase and the seller.
