For what you might spend on a drive, good size, speed, and reliability.
I've purchased several of these drives over the last 6 months and have had no trouble. If you're looking for serious performance, this is the wrong drive for you. Good performance in a desktop environment and stable. Search for these on ebay and price is usually right.

Fast and reliable network printing
I made my decision to purchase this 4300 model for several good reasons. In my experience, this driver has no issues with terminal server, no issues with various types of documents that the office needs to print and its a work horse. I have several of these with close to 700,000 copies on them. I should also note that printer and copier service companies are recommended this printer for its great serviceability. In my opinion, the HP4200, HP4300 models are so far the most reliable that I've installed on my network. I've purchased 2 from ebay and I've had to service one of them right out of the gate for minor things but ran fine afterwards.

Strong card. Works as well as my Asus rog 1070 card. Gigabyte did well on this.
