Thank you so much. This item at a perfect mg for me. Helps me with crazings. I have used this for years and when I use it 3 x a day with each meal, I can stop cravings and loose weight.

Excellent supplement for those nasty food cravings!
1 of 1 found this helpful I use three times per day (1 capsules, you can use up to two at a time) and it diminishes my cravings for fast food, chocolate, and just about everything that makes me fat and unhealthy. It also helps to fill you up so you can eat less. I love this product and with determination and a healthy diet, it's quite an amazing product for weight loss, atleast it is for me and I've used it many times. The key is to be "ready" to start your healthy weight loss journey and this will help immensely.
