Buy These.

I bought these hip waders just for surf fishing off Sandy Hook, NJ. I love them. They're well designed, well constructed and made of good quality material. I'm 6'-2" and they're tall enough so that they don't pull when I sit down. They're as comfortable as can be expected for waders made with non-breathable material. Based on my experience, and I've owned 3 prior pairs of waders of various brands, I believe they are a phenomenal value and the best waders you're going to get for $30 something bucks.

Combination rachet and screwdriver

I bought this to replace the one which my son borrowed and subsequently misplaced. Very handy to have around. Easily adjusts to various positions so you can get into tight places. The control mechanism used to switch between tightening to loosening is intuitive.
