Terrible Software issues
1 of 1 found this helpful I’ve had the iPad for a little over a month. Was working fine at first. After a while my notes app files were erased and now it won’t allow me to even go into the application. It keeps closing out. And then about two weeks later whenever I would type in a website on the safari browser it would just close out of the application. Every time. To where if I wanted to go to a website I would have to always go through my history or google search bar. And at times it would act like it didn’t want to charge. That was very annoying, to think I was charging my iPad all night only to wake up and see it still wasn’t charging. Last but not least the most recent incident that put the icing on the cake. My iPad had died and I put it on the charger like I usually do. It came on like normal but after I typed my password in it took me to a black screen with the a gray loading wheel. So I restarted it and it did the same thing again. So I just turned it off to let it charge for a while. When I went to turn it on after letting it charge the Apple logo appeared and then went to a black screen and now it just keeps rebooting itself to the Apple logo non stop to where I had to let it die in order for it to stop rebooting. I really loved this iPad at first everything was working perfectly. I was purchasing more apps and working on my art and then all of a sudden I started having software issues. It’s sad I wasted nearly 500$ on this product only for it to die on me a month later . Is there a way I could send this one back for another one?
