A great tool for bodyfat guesstimates
3 of 3 found this helpful No electronic monitor is going to be spot-on, but this one gives me consistent readings week to week. I'm very satisfied with its performance and reliability. It's easy to set up and even easier to use. I recommend it as a guesstimate tool, but don't look for it to be the bottom-line in your body fat. If you like to just have a "number" to go on and track your progress, this one will work great. I recommend using the "normal" setting, not the athlete setting as it will give more reliable results.
