Not worth it
Wouldn’t connect right with my tv. Was on the phone with Verizon for 2.5 hours trying to fix the problem. Was told that sound bars are a new thing for them so basically no one is really an expert in handling these situations.
Now I have to keep switching remotes and inputs. Also I was told that they were giving these away for free as bonuses so I basically paid $50 for a free item under the guise of being $300-$400 that Verizon advertises but never sells any at that price. Pretty much everyone that has one has not paid anywhere close to that price.
Sound is okay, but you won’t get cinematic sound and not too much bass. Probably the worst I’ve seen from bang and ollufsen. If you’re looking for loud speakers with volume… this is not the right product. This is more clear than it is loud.
Anyway, now after my 2.5 hour help w Verizon, I’m stuck using 2 remotes and having to switch back and forth bc if one thing doesn’t catch I have to start all over.
Also, sometimes things stop and says I have to check my hdmi cable so I have to leave screen and start again (my hdmi cable is fine)
Oh yeah, had trouble logging into a few apps too.
Since Verizon is new to the sound bar market, I suggest you wait till they get better and/or look elsewhere.
