Cheap junk. Plastick reflector stuck on with poor quality glue. Also doesn't fit the bezel.

The worst of Kenwood

This unit looked promising until I installed it and started using it. I ran fine for a couple of weeks, then I started noticing issues. The unit is just a rebadged cheap Chinese made head unit that has very basic functionality. It is a short unit, not full length. Lacks AUX input. Can't rearrange icons. You'd be better off buying a $70 unit. - The screen with scroll all text on screen at the same time which stops all buttons from working. this usually lasts 1 minute on average. Bad if you need to turn the volume down or if an embarrassing song comes on... - The Bluetooth sometimes does not connect and needs to be done manually. - The audio output from the head isn't loud. it's around half the power of their normal full size units. - Audio frequencies don't hit the marks advertised even with equalizer adjustments. Needed to readjust the amps. - Screen mirroring requires phone screen to remain on. nothing like Android Auto or Car Play. None of the above are fixed with the latest firmware update either.

Good system but buttons on wrong side

These stereos are best in class. 3 rca outputs at 4v, DAB and Bluetooth. The screen is a good size with separate customisable buttons. Kenwood changed the plug on this model so the iOS to kenwood adapters don't work. Will need to be wired manually. It is designed for the US market as the scan buttons are on the left and not right like the older models. The phone button is also on the wrong side. The issue I had was how to hang up calls. Need to press the back button instead of the phone button.
