When it never came up as "shipped" after a day, i tried to cancel and order elsewhere because I needed it quickly. The item arrived at my doorstep in less than 24 hours! Shipping was amazing, but there was no communication or tracking information. No response from the seller until I retracted my cancellation and they refused it, as requested. Anyway, I'd buy from them again, now that I know what to expect

Only answer was "it's not in chicago". Item arrived with punctures in cardboard box. Lower trey dented. All treys bent or damaged. Assembled cart. Then they responded. Told them about damage and poor communication and then silent. Low character shipping knowd damaged items F-

None of that included in the box. Its a cheap chinese part. The manufacture was correct but the pics were wrong. They offered me to return it. I need it. I overpaid for the part thinking it came with everything and had to spend 20 dollars on two orings. Not happy but the feedback rating should not have been ignored by me. Live and learn. Hope the core is of decent quality.
