Best Yoga Workout!
This dvd is amazing! The instructor is very easy to understand. She is very kind and expressive.
I am a yoga beginner. I recommend this dvd to anyone beginning yoga or fluent in yoga.
There are two extra yoga instructors in the video. One completes the poses for beginner Yoga and the other completes poses for Yoga Masters. It is helpful to be able to watch both instructors. It has helped me push my yoga skills even further. Great Yoga workouts and simple to follow instructions. I watch this video in the comfort of my own home which is great.
I highly recommend this dvd.

Four Rooms is A Must see!
This is a great movie. Definitely a Must SEE. The dvd was in great condition and arrived promptly.
This movie is hilarious. I highly recommend it.
