Efficient and up-to-the-task!
Because it picked up my german shepherd's hair and left my floors nearly spotless! 3 cats and 2 dogs and I have a fur-hair problem! This looks like the answer!!

Waste of $
It was WITHOUT COLOR. It was impossible to apply it to my eyes - even on my wrist it was faint. It even took OFF the existing eyeliner I tried to touch up!
Waste of money.
