I will send a partial refund of $25 …...”LIAR, SHYSTER!! Why was the phone unwrapped if not used? Where is the manufacturers secure packaging? Why was the Sim card tool torn out then retaped? Seller offered $25 refund but only submitted $20 to eBay for me to accept or refuse. Blatant lies abound with this seller. BEWARE
