  The shoes came in as described brand new but the cushion on the bottom had deteriorated and had cracks in it which made them unusable, I contacted the seller and sent pictures and made a deal to refund the price of the shoes and not the $15 shipping cost, that was on 8-18-24 and now no response and no refund, I still waiting
