Well built

Surprisingly heavily built, wiring and terminals correct for easy installation, switch worked, and the price was right. Only time will tell how long the internal switch lasts (that's what failed on my last one purchased from Ford New Holland years ago).

Works good for me

I purchased this to use with my Samsung Note 3 (as opposed to the Note II) because my research indicated that it would work. It does! It practically turns my smartphone into a desktop minus the fan noise. I have it hooked up with monitor, mouse and keyboard. I kind of wish it had an additional USB so I could have a mass storage device hooked in simultaneously as well. My monitor is VGA so I have an HDMI-VGA converter which means I lose HDMI sound and the sound jack on the dock doesn't seem to work. However I can get sound when needed by plugging speakers into the headphone jack on the phone. When using the full-sized accessories if a phone call comes in everything automatically switches back to the phone (phone display, speakers, and microphone). I can take the call while the phone is still in the dock similar to a speakerphone - perfect! The dock is smart enough to switch back to whatever I was doing previously when the call is over. I genuinely find the dock very useful, was getting tired of smartphone's virtual keyboard, touch navigation, and small screen but the dock solves all of that.
