Excited and ready to field test this unit
I've tried a few non-HD and HD cameras in the last year. So far, I love the GoPro. I mainly wanted an action camera to record a lot of ATV and action sports footage with fast movement and good quality. This camera so far has not disappointed.
The hype on the net as well as their website is very accurate. The picture is great and this set up has a ton of mounting options. The only advantage or disadvantage (depending on how you see it) is the wide angle lens. For shooting birthday parties or other casual things the wide angle is so so - it definitely skews a bit. For getting a lot of wide angle footage on sporting activities, it's perfect.
Also, the flair is cut down so this camera can be compact and conserve battery. You'll defintiely need to carry the little cheat sheet for a little to navigate the options and understand what is going on. Honestly, a price I'd pay gladly.
If you're looking for an excellent camera at a very competitive price, this is definitely it. I wouldn't cheap out and get the lesser optioned/lower resolution GoPros...get the better one and be done with it.

Galco stinger series
I own about 4 galco stinger holsters in various sizes. I've standardized on it over the years. Solid, comfy, simple, and a great value. This holster is perfect for the CW380 when it's not on my ankle.
