Good walking workout
Good workout, I liked the use of handweigths and the medicine ball, I just wished the whole thing was lead by Bob Harper, instead of only two out of the four miles. The contestants were not as good as Bob, I understand they are not fitness instructors though, but the guy Sione was the worst, and if he would say "whatever" again... That being said, I still got a good workout, and I liked that it was filmed outdoors.
