Lightweight, sweat-resistant
I needed a replacement bracelet for my Seiko 5 and took a leap on this one. It looks good with my black-faced dial and stainless case. I seems pretty durable, and doesn't collect a lot of dirt like many of my watchbands. When it does get a little grimy, it's an easy rinse and it's cleaned out again.

Powerful Leadership Development
This book was used in a Masters class for Educational Leadership for Northern Arizona University. While the concept of exposing potential future school principals to senarios that a principal might face, the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The situations and timelines are extremely unrealistic and the rating system the authors have devised reveals absolutely nothing. This text, with a little tweaking it could be a viable resource, but as it is it's a source of extreme frustration.

This could probably stop a bullet!
Enduro Engineering makes some of the best protective parts/guards for the off-road motorcycle. This “shark fin” is possibly the thickest and most protective hunk of machined aluminum I’ve seen. And it’s attractively and perfectly machined to fit precisely where it’s supposed to.
