Weller digital soldering station, a must have
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a great value for the price. The major difference between it and other units at twice the price is that it has a little slower response during temperature changes. I use this station for circuit board work, LED's, as well as heavy duty soldering for miniature construction. The wide variety of replacement tips makes it very versatile.

Heng Long T34 R/C tank
I already have several H/L tanks and am quite happy with their products. This particular tank came with the metal gears, which really is an added bonus. The metal parts give a bit more heft to it, and as such makes it feel a bit more "real". All the functions worked superbly, especially the smoke device. The 2.4 GHz radio system works flawlessly, and there was no need to bind the system, as it was already done right out of the box.
If you're looking for an entry level tank, or one to base a major conversion on, this would be the one.

!/35th Scale Mk 14 Torpedo kit
I ordered these torpedo's to use on a radio controlled 1/35th scale PT boat. They fit into the torpedo racks perfectly. They look great mounted on the sides of the boat. If you're looking for some different torpedo's for your project, these are the ones.
The package contains parts for 2 torpedo's and display stands. The only down side is that the props are made up with separate blades and hubs. Kind of a pain to assemble. I just used the torpedo props that came with the PT boat kit instead.
The picture shows the 2 Mk 14s with the 2 Mk 13s that came with the boat kit.
