Maple syrup measurement

Purchased this to measure the sugar content in the maple syrup as it is boiled. Easy to use and calibrate. Instructions are plain and simple. Nice bright scale and can focus to accommodate my poor eyes. Brix level was bright, crisp and definitive. Would definitely recommend
