Upon return, they decided to keep the padded case for themselves without asking first. They then would not send back the case, even when provided with a shipping label. Instead they found it appropriate to call me a thief for not giving a full return, even though I never recieved the full product back. Sellers, beware of INADs from this buyer.

Obviously new, couldn't be happier with the quality. Like it just was made and probably was.
