Small, not very heavy like older, big engine cars, easy to replace on Taurus.
Super great price I paid for this including free shipping, 1/3 to 1/8 the cost of a rebuilt starter motor. I bought this starter motor for my wifes Taurus, replaced it myself, it was so easy to do for me, took only a few hours, and I am a slow learner perfectionist home mechanic too. The downside was waiting for it to ship from China, and the car was idle unused sitting in the driveway for a couple of weeks, but no sweat if you have another car to use and can share it. The upside is the amount of money I saved doing-it-myself, hundreds of dollars $$$ parts and labor saved to use for other bills. The cost for this motor was only $34 including shipping! Can you believe it? Amazing price then! How do they do it? including shipping too? So far this motor has given NO problems! It works fine today as several years ago I did the job myself. Only 3-4 bolts to take off, and a power cable to take off old, put on new. Dont forget to remove Negative and positive battery cable before you start the job. Easy job to replace this motor. Other cars however a different story, such as Landrover, Renault, Audi, all these are extreamly difficult in my opinion. This Taurus starter motor job was no sweat!
