Bitter Sweet
Okay, I understand to read details, which on this product still seem a little vague. So I called the store directly to speak with a woman that ensured that what ij was ordered from them was what I was looking for. My question was clear, I needed a complete fob, she basically read what was on the package, buy left out the BIG words of " not complete set just the case". On the other hand when I called back after receiving the case, a guy answered very curteous and helpful, sent me a link for a paid return label, and refunded me back immediately, later found out that I didn't even have to send the product back. Which I still will because I have no use for it. So this experience was bitter sweet
