You can buy pretty good pasta cheap but I have the time to spend making it. It was a gift for myself.
I had a manual machine which did the same thing but this is so much better because I can mix the dough in the bowl of the mixer and attaché the roller and make the pasta with both hands free to guide the pasta and cut it off. The pasta tastes great. I have made spinach’s pasta and fettuccine. I prefer to use part simolina flour the dough is not as strechey.
