Useless Waste of money

i bought this product and it was just waste of money it does not thaw for some reason i placed 2lbs frozen chicken on this plate and 2lbs in ceramic plate and surprisingly the ceramic plate thawed way before that scam plate.

Dont waste your money and time!!!!

I bought the underglow lights to install on my clients car. Yes i got them on time the shipment was fast. When i opened the box it seemed little sketchy the lights did not had any sticky tape or zip ties or any source to install so i had to buy 3m tape and zip ties for $28 (which i wasted too due to poor quality lights) start installing the wires were just too short. Was not even able to install the back light somehow i managed the side and front. After wasting all my energy and time i connected all the connections. THE LIGHTS DID NOT WORK. I had a upset customer i lost my labor. I bought new lights payed extra from amazon to get it delivered overnight. THESE LIGHTS COSTEd ME $100 and yet not working So i trashed the trash and after week of emails back and forth they told me they cannot give me refund for the crap. I am so disappointed and NOT RECOMMENDING.
