This boarders I believe on branding violations. A lot of 'smoke and mirrors'. But great value. I'm pleased with purchase. Did go to Swaorvski store

Serrated edge shells

I was surprised all the shells were in a plastic (think baggie) bag all together without protection from each other. The fragile serrated edges did not have any protection. I've received iron chains wrapped with more care. None of the shells were broken but at least 1/2 had some chipping of the serrated edges. I thought about returning them but decided to smooth the edges myself to ameliorate the jagged appearance.( I'm a dentist and feel at ease and have the tools for cutting/smoothing). I didn't feel comfortable with the yes/no answers above. If "sorta or maybe" options were available I might have been comfortable answering. The shells are lovely with the exception of the edges that have some chipping of the fragile serrations. I wasn't going to comment until this request to do so was sent to me. I don't mean to be disparaging and as stated like the shells enough to keep. I don't have a wish nor need to receive a response or "reparations ". I'm fine leaving things as they are. My family used my daughters markers to decorate Easter eggs. The variety of colors is great. Easy to use. Great product!
