Gets the plaque out
They really help get food and plaque out from in between teeth...better than most others

Love these filters
I love that these filters are easy to use,quiet,reliable,and yer the filters do need changed every few weeks,but the bioscrubber that comes with it does not get rinsed off and holds the good bacteria and putting in a clean filter pad when needed keeps water clear always. Nice easy water flow easy on the fish

Very mild scent...no scalp burn...great white blond platinum that doesn't fade
