    Purchased as a birthday gift for a boy who loves tigers. After buying, seller discloses damage. Still went through with it—he added a cheap gig bag. Paid $85 for USPS shipping; it took nearly a month. Guitar looked nice but had a bent neck and was unplayable. Seller was abrasive, refused to help with repair costs, and offered no real resolution. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and accountability. Would not buy from again.

    Buyer made aware of all aspects of the guitar before purchase, He states I added a cheap gig bag, I gave him a free gig bag and a free clip-on tuner USPS took a couple of weeks when they estimated 3 days. I am not USPS, but he is blaming me. I sent him a custom strap free because the guitar was taking so long to be kind. He didn't mention that. He demanded I pay for a repair that I didn't cause or he would return. I offered a partial, but he kept guitar and blasted me on a review, Blackmail!
