Great sleep aid

I have been using this product for 20 years plus since I used to live in USA. It is the same as using paracetamol and a sleep aid together but having to buy both separately in the UK as this product is unavailable over here. There is no product like it either. You have to spend a bit more to get it from US but consider it worth it.
