Close, but not perfect

Item was as described, and did fit just fine, but it's a much softer and overly flexible material. Not really the harder plastic it replaced. I think it will work just fine, but time will tell. Not bad, just not like the OEM.

Worked as described.

Just plug and play. No drivers. Windows 10 picked it up as A USB audio device, in and it's worked well.

Genuine Honda, easy installation, great quality

Just bought a new 2018 CR-V Touring AWD and, though I love the car, was slightly disappointed that cross bars were not included. Found the part number, got on eBay and,... problem resolved. This took about 20 minutes from opening the box to disposing of trash. Takes only a standard Torx and a short ladder. 8 bolts later and you're done. The ONLY gripes are: a) they are fixed in place, not adjustable, but I can live with it. and b) that on the Touring model, the siderails are metallic grey and the crossbars are black. But that is relatively standard, so I'm not going to stress out about it. Very clean looking, ends don't stick out like some others. Very pleased and recommended.
