Complete and in good shape.

I used this to replace the weak-locking T-bar handle (OSHA inspired) forward reverse lever on a Pro 10 walk behind, and it fit perfectly. Now it STAYS in forward position fully engaged, the way it should. Nice.

Not a cheap tube

Good tube shape-stem offset perfectly, good rubber. Inflated to push the tire out onto the bead, then deflated and allowed the innertube to recenter. Filled to spec. Done.
