A most disappointing tv set! Awful!!!

I would like voice control; it is set at100 which is low unless you are sitting directly before the screen. It appears to have no manual; I had to call a technician to connect it to cable. Dors it record to show a channel at a later time in case of interruption? If so, how? Is it possible to show full screen so characters are not made to look so heavy/fat? I need screen instructions in English!!!! Please! This TV is impossible to enjoy; I hate it !
