Rolls so easily with so many ways to use it.
It came quickly and packaging was great. My husband wanted this for in home workout after having shoulder surgery.. He would use it to roll up the wall stretching his arm. It rolled so easy helping him to stretch it. They used this form of treatment at Physical Therapy using this exact product for him to use.
