This product falls short

I’ve gotten Red Door testers before and they’ve been wonderful, but not from EBay. This one sure does miss the mark. There is no top on it, so it will not last as long. More importantly, the perfume is old, as it smells very concentrated and strong. I can’t even wear it. Sorry, but I am very disappointed. Is there anything we can do? I’ve always liked EBay. Poor quality

This style fits best for my very small wrist, as opposed to the buckle band; however, 3 of the 10 I've tried all ripped or broke after just a few wearings. The material tears easily, even with careful inserting of the battery. Although the price is very reasonable, in my opinion it still isn't worth it!
