Great stuff solved my constaptation program
I took it 3 days the regular dose I cap full in 8 ounces of water about the third day started having a bm that been about 2 weeks ago was leaving on vacation I always have problem having a bm after riding all day took a dose the night before I left and one after I got there have had from 1-2 bm everyday when I get a little sluggish I just stay taking Miralax podwer a cap ful everyday until regular again

This product is great
I was in an auto accident and broke both legs my ankle and knee that was six months ago I used about 1 bottle a month I was on pain meds but when they wouldn’t completedy ease the pain I Rudd this on it would stop the pain I am still using but not as much it works
