Wonderful description of library history and their mission to be a safe center of knowledge.
Book arrived on time and in great shape. The story is a fascinating account of the terribly destructive fire at the Central Los Angeles library set in the context of the culture of LA. Also included is a wonderful description of library history and architects. I can't recommend it highly enough.
