Great ingredients
2 of 2 found this helpful Excellent source of non gmo raw ingredients including all the amino acids necessary for good health. Also contains 20 gr of plant protein. The taste is okay but not as good as Isagenix. I think this is healthier than Isagenix and at a lower price. I sometimes add pb2 or a banana to kick up the flavor a little.
