Decent mid level thermostat
Has most of the features you need but lacks a manual purge option. The purge is in auto mode to dump every 12 hrs with no option to dump on demand in case you need to service or winterize.

Good reel for home shop use
This reel is a solid medium duty for home shop use. It would not hold up to commercial use in my opinion. It flexes quite a bit when pulling ftom side to side.
