The head phones are hard to pull out, if you only pull on 1 end then the whole device slides around your neck. if you pull both at the same time its fine, but they are pretty tight. the sound is ok, I had the 900 before, and I was hoping the 910 would be as good or better and I was disapointed. Over all they work, but just not what I was expecting.
