Why Buy Garmin
2 of 2 found this helpful This unit is spot on at distances ranging from 20 to 120 yards. It has variable magnification up to 7x, and it corrects for slope. Why spend a lot more for the Garmin unit?

Great Value
This is a real bargain, and it looks great and performs well on a high-recoil revolver, like my 460 Taurus Hunter, with a picatinney rail. The lug milled into the bottom of the rings fits well into a picatinney slots However, all screws are threaded into aluminum, so if you plan to frequently remove the scope rings this may not be the best choice. If you plan to mount and leave, I highly recommend. Use lock tight, however.
