Much better than the serrated Calphalon steak knives i used to use.
Super sharp! Cuts right through NY strips with ease. I got the “Gourment” model which is pretty light. The Classic are heavier, not sure how much more. My 6 knives came in a plastic package so i’m using my old block from my prior knives. My Wusthof carving block does not have room for knives. Dont really have drawer space to store there. I really don’t want another counter block to take up space on the counter, so these go in an upper cabinet when not in use. Shipping was reasonable and safe. Would recommend.

Tissot Sideral-Summer Fun Watch
Watch is unique and easy to read in daylight. I wish the lume lasted longer than an hour. It’s spectacular for about 30 minutes and then fades fast. Not the 2-3 hours I would hope for. But his is a daytime summer watch for water and warm weather wear. Super comfortable band. I bought the black band too, but i think the blue looks better. It’s a good daily driver for half the year.
