5 Stage Drinking Reverse Osmosis System with 5 filters / without tank and faucet

Incomplete Order

I have had a RO system for over 10 years. I ordered this system to replace an older system. Everything was pre assembled. I Installed the system. I could never get the water to taste right. A little over a month later my spouse was complaining about the smell and taste of the water. She wouldn’t drink it. I tested the RO water and had 965 TDS! I contacted the company about my issue and received a generic email response asking me to collect some more data and respond. As I was checking as asked, I figured out that the RO filter canister did not have a membrane in it. I assumed that the membrane was pre installed since it was not included in the packaging. I notified the company and they told me ‘You notice your issue so install the membrane that we provided with your package inside the housing you to can start getting RO water.’ Tired of dealing with dishonest people that do not give you what you pay for! Where I come from that is stealing. I Ordered a Dow filter off Amazon and solved my problem.

NOT EVEN CLOSE TO OEM SPECIFICIATIONS

Took two months to arrive. It is not a replacement for OEM hood emblem. The OEM emblem is curved. This one flat. OEM emblem is also larger. Completely misleading. Product is worthless.
