I would not buy the book again. Take your own advise, " Pictures speak louder than words."
I like lydia's recipes, but there are not enough photos of the finished product. Everybody I showed the book too, said the same thing I said, aww not enough pictures. I watch Lydia's TV show because she is very particular with how she does things, but then she puts out a cookbook with no pictures.
