Overall recommended... But bad on elevation gain
I bought this to measure and track my hiking. Ita great in MANY ways, like heart rate and calories and all. But its very poor at elevation gain or change, which was my primary want. That said because it's so good in So many other ways I'm still keeping it.
Battery life is about 3 days. No matter what anyone tells you... If you are active like me the battery is not lasting longer than that.
