Not much help

This antenna is ineffective. My scenario: using a portable HD radio in single-story suburban office building. FM reception is better with the stock telescoping metal antenna, even with power boost. I had hoped to pick up some additional HD sub-channels but nope. AM reception is barely audible, except for the single powerful station in town. Reception of other local AM channels is insufferable with static. Gain control does absolutely nothing. Very disappointing, save your money. Oh, and good luck finding the power input jack. I spent 20 minutes examining the unit and on the internet before I figured it out.

Works perfectly. Nice, easy to read illuminated display. Easy to adjust frequency. USB works great for keeping your MP3 player or mobile device charged while you listen. Cord is nice and long so you hold or adjust player while still connected (please not while you're driving, tho.) Drawback to the long cord is it sometimes gets in the way and adds to clutter. Overall, a very nice unit for the price.

Great for Old Fashions

Has a nice orange flavor to complement the familiar Angostura taste. Also good for Manhattans and even Martinis.
